· As the Head of I.T. Unit for a year and involved in ICT Replacement Phases in Sarawak (namely, the new office in Kuching International Airport, Miri Divisional Office, extensions of Bintulu Divisional Office, Depot of Illegal Immigrants Semuja, International Border of Tebedu, and other sites.)
· A member of the Divisional Head Departmental Meetings.
· Troubleshooting network and applications support throughout the state.
· A member in the assessment for the Obsolete ICT Equipments in the Department.
· Conducted training for operational officers when necessary.
· Had site-visits to new sites for ICT upgrading and ICT security measures.
· Monitored the system failures and network support throughout the state (namely the divisional offices, land entry-exit offices, sea entry-exit offices, air entry-exit offices, depot of illegal immigrants)
· As the state representative in liaising with the Head Quarters of the problems pertaining to insufficient equipments and users requirements from the state.
· Attended the training for system upgrades and applications support.
· Monitored the delivery and performance of the systems’ vendors’ compliance to the Central Contract by the Head Quarter.
